It is the buyer’s obligation to check the order at the time of purchase before signing or making payment.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are stated in Euros and are inclusive of tax. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the site was incorrect for any reason we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price.

Full payment is required on ordering. As soon as the funds are received, the order is placed with the supplier and is non-transferable. Under no circumstances will MRI Overseas Property be liable for any delays of delivery or installation or loss of income incurred as a result of such delays.

Order Lead Times

Our order lead times are given as an approximate duration to be expected when you purchase your furniture, every effort will be taken to fulfil the order within that time. We will not sacrifice quality for time in building your furniture, understand that production may take place in another country and is shipped as freight and as a result delays may occur which are out of our direct control, therefore we may not meet an exact installation date. Such a delay does not give the right to claim compensation of any kind or cancel and we are not able to refund once an order has been added to our suppliers order and production list.

Arrival & Delivery

In the event of a package order being completed and the customer can not take delivery of the furniture for an extended period of time, our suppliers may assess storages charges, these are the responsibility of the customer.

MRI Overseas Property accepts no responsibility for the goods after delivery and installation; it is the owner’s responsibility to ensure they have contents insurance prior to delivery and installation.

Liability

Under no circumstances will MRI Overseas Property be liable for any loss of income or injury as a result of defective goods or otherwise. Furthermore the purchaser will indemnify MRI Overseas Property against any claim for such damage arising from a third party.
